I guess the time is ripe to plan the summer vacation. While destination ranks No. 1 on the planning list, budget and accommodation go hand in had for the second spot. I looked at some options and looked at timeshare resort in particular.

While you look at a timeshare property that particularly interests you, such as Orlando timeshare (since Orlando vacations seem to be hitting the pop charts this year, check out the amenities — what do you get besides the basic condo? Golf? If you’re going with kids, sure you’d like to keep them occupied with activities that fascinate them. Does it have any facilities for workouts, entertainment? Of course, timeshare vary by the firm, as well as by the season, so be sure to plan in advance asking the right questions.

Yet another trend you might want to check out is the flexibility factor. From what I see, a number of firms offering timeshare offer exchange programs. It just means that you’re not tied down to one vacation destination — the program allows you to choose different spots through exchange of your timeshare ownership points.
